Returning an item purchased in store

Bring your purchased item into the Circadian Intimates store in Corinth Quarter to process your return.

Any item returned must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with the tags attached. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Sale Items, Gift Cards, or Special Orders. We appreciate your understanding of this return criteria.

  • Within 10 days of your purchase, receive a full refund.
  • Within 30 days of your purchase, receive store credit or exchange.

 
 

Returning an item purchased online

If you made a purchase online, we offer two return options.

Any item returned must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with the tags attached. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Sale Items, Gift Cards, or Special Orders requested. We appreciate your understanding of this return criteria.

Returns requested within 30 days of your purchase receive a full refund.


Return Option 1

Bring your purchased item into the Circadian Intimates store in Corinth Quarter to process your return.


Return Option 2

Mail your returned item to Circadian Intimates at 4077 W. 83rd Street, Prairie Village, KS, 66208 with your packing slip receipt. 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will contact you to let you know if your refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We do not accept damages or issues later than the return policy timeframe.
